To register your Child/Ward you can come into the office and collect and fill out the application form and return it along with the following documents to the Administrative office. 1. Birth Certificate

2. Immunization Card

3. Passport size picture

4. Registration fee (Non-refundable)

5. Parents ID

 

You will also need.

 

• Medical Report

• Last report from the previous school

• ERN # (Enrollment and registration Number) {Grades 4 - 6 students}
